Attorney Miraglia has sharpened her skills over decades representing criminal defendants and civil litigants in the District and Superior Courts. She has represented clients in guardianship and DCF proceedings in Juvenile Court, and she has worked for collections and landlord/tenant clients in the Housing Court. With years of experience, she has appeared in administrative hearings before the Social Security Administration, Department of Industrial Accidents and Bankruptcy Court, and the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
